1.1 The provisions of this set of rules apply to all project players, including the administration. 1.1.2 The rules described in this article apply to all servers of the Mightency Network project. 1.2 In cases not regulated by the rules or when they cannot be applied, the administration reserves the right to act at its discretion.
1.3 A punishment will not be canceled if the rule violated by a player has been changed.
1.4 Using a VPN to bypass punishments is prohibited.
Punishment: permanent account ban.
1.5 Any political propaganda is prohibited on the server (except when it occurs within the RP process).
1.6 Donations are non-refundable. The administration is not responsible for incorrectly transferred funds.
1.7 In case of repeated violations by a player, the administration reserves the right to increase the punishment duration.
1.8 The administration may punish a player who impersonates a member of the administration.
1.9 If a complaint is filed against a player, the punishment will be issued regardless of whether the complaint is later withdrawn.
1.10 Transferring/selling/hacking accounts is prohibited. In exceptional cases, the administration may allow account transfers to other individuals. Such cases are considered on an individual basis.
Punishment: permanent account ban.
1.11 If you lose access to your gaming account, you may contact the administration. After providing proof of ownership of the account, access will be restored (via password reset).
1.12 Evidence of any in-game violation (except chat) can only be considered valid if it is a full video recording/replay of the violation. The decision to accept a video fragment as evidence rests with the moderator reviewing the complaint.
1.13 Any actions, including constructions, that disrupt the server’s stable operation and/or provide an advantage over other players/server economy, unless explicitly allowed by the specific server’s rules, are prohibited.
Punishment: demolition of the structure + account ban, up to permanent.
1.14 Trading in-game resources for real money is prohibited.
Punishment: account ban, up to permanent.
1.15 Actions aimed at humiliating a person’s dignity, including distributing personal data of a participant or any other individual without prior consent, are prohibited.
Punishment: mute from 1 to 48 hours / account ban from 1 day to permanent.
1.16 The use of third-party software, dupes, utilities/resource packs, or other programs that provide an advantage over players (and/or in the context of the server economy) is prohibited. Exceptions: mods that improve performance (OptiFine, Sodium, etc.), assist in building (Litematica, Litematica Printer, Fullbright), mini-maps, Replay Mod, cosmetic mods, and mods supporting the RP process (Emotecraft).
In specific situations, the interpretation of a violation is at the administrator’s discretion.
Punishment: account ban from 1 day or more (up to permanent).
1.17 Flooding, excessive use of caps, and spamming are prohibited.
Punishment: warning / mute from 15 minutes to 2 days.
1.18 Nicknames that are unreadable, offensive to players, contain obscene content, or politically charged information are prohibited.
Punishment: warning / mute from 6 hours + nickname change / account ban up to 1 day.
1.19 Creating and distributing any in-game items, including settlement names or other information displayed on the global map, that: contain obscene/personal information about project participants; have a political context (unrelated to the server’s RP process) is prohibited. Punishment: mute up to 24 hours / account ban from 6 hours / destruction of the offending item/structure.
1.20 Providing false statements to the administration, misleading them, or spreading false information is prohibited. If a player possesses items obtained dishonestly, they must report it to the administration.
Punishment: mute from 1 hour / account ban from 2 days to permanent.
1.21 Wearing skins of an obscene nature is prohibited.
Punishment: warning; in case of repeated violations: account ban from 1 day to 2 weeks.
1.22 Interfering with the administration’s work in any form is prohibited.
Punishment: warning / kick from the server / mute for 10-30 minutes / account ban, up to permanent.
1.23 Advertising not provided for by the project’s mechanics, including products unrelated to the project, is prohibited.
Punishment: mute from 3 hours to 1 day (possible permanent mute / account ban).
1.24 Intentionally abusing/provoking players in a way that encourages them to violate one or more project rules is prohibited.
Examples of prohibited actions: offensive/provocative behavior/communication that pushes a player to break the rules.
Punishment: account ban from 1 to 30 days.
1.25 Players are required to immediately report all violations.
Punishment: punishment corresponding to the violation committed.
