1.1. This Minecraft server, "Mightency Network," is a private gaming platform created for entertainment and communication among players worldwide.
1.2. The Server is not tied to the jurisdiction of any country and operates in accordance with international norms and standards applicable to gaming communities.
1.3. The Server Administration reserves the right to amend this Agreement at any time. Players are responsible for staying informed about updates published on the official website or in the Server’s Discord community.

2. Rules of Conduct

2.1. Players must respect each other and adhere to standards of etiquette. The following is prohibited:

- Using offensive, discriminatory, or provocative language in chat, voice communication, or any related platforms.
- Distributing content that violates moral, ethical, or legal standards, including but not limited to pornography, violence, or extremism.
- Any form of trolling, griefing, harassment, or other actions that disrupt the comfortable gameplay of other participants.
2.2. The use of cheats, hacks, modifications, or any software providing an unfair advantage is prohibited. The Administration reserves the right to check players’ accounts for prohibited software.
2.3. Advertising third-party servers, products, or services without the Administration’s permission is prohibited.

3. Registration and Accounts

3.1. Players are responsible for the security of their accounts. The Administration is not liable for loss of access to an account due to compromised data.
3.2. Transferring an account to third parties or using someone else’s account is prohibited.

4. Gameplay

4.1. Players must comply with the rules established for specific modes on the Server.
4.2. The use of bugs, exploits, or game errors to gain an advantage is prohibited. Players must immediately report any discovered bugs to the Administration.
4.3. The Administration reserves the right to inspect builds, inventories, or other game data to ensure fair play.

5. Donations and Financial Support

5.1. The Server may offer paid services (e.g., cosmetic items, ranks, or privileges) that do not provide significant gameplay advantages.
5.2. All payments are voluntary and non-refundable, except in cases provided for by law.
5.3. The Administration is not responsible for technical failures of payment systems but commits to addressing donation-related issues promptly.

6. Responsibility and Penalties

6.1. Violation of the Agreement may result in temporary or permanent account bans, removal of builds, or other measures at the Administration’s discretion.
6.2. The Administration reserves the right to impose penalties without prior notice in cases of serious violations (e.g., using cheats or griefing).
6.3. Players may appeal a ban through official communication channels (Server’s Discord). The Administration’s decision on appeals is final.

7. Privacy

7.1. The Administration collects only the data necessary for the Server’s operation (e.g., usernames, IP addresses, transaction data).
7.2. Players’ personal information is not shared with third parties, except in cases required by international regulations (e.g., law enforcement requests).
7.3. Players must not disclose the personal information of other participants without their consent.

8. Limitation of Liability
8.1. The Server is provided “as is.” The Administration does not guarantee uninterrupted operation and is not liable for temporary disruptions or loss of game data.
8.2. The Administration is not responsible for players’ actions that violate the rules or for damage caused by other players.

9. Final Provisions

9.1. This Agreement takes effect upon a player’s registration on the Server.
9.2. In case of disputes between players and the Administration, the parties agree to resolve them through negotiations via official communication channels.
9.3. If any part of this Agreement is deemed invalid, the remaining provisions remain in effect.
